The Online Magic Button that makes everything Ok | 1AutomationWiz

The Online Magic Button that makes everything Ok. In the world of entrepreneurship there is no online magic button and very often people find themselves working way to hard. Long hours and personal sacrifice is the mantra for many. And if you’re like most people some times you just wish you could make everything better with the push of a button. In the world of entrepreneurship there is no online magic button and very often people find themselves working way to hard. Long hours and personal sacrifice is the mantra for many.

And if you’re like most people some times you just wish you could make everything better with the push of a button. Maybe if you could just realign the Universe so that things flow easily and without the hassle of the grind. That would be pretty cool, right?

There’s truth to the saying, “Can’t see the tress for the Forrest.” What that means is that people are so focused on the thing that’s occupying their attention that they can’t see the “big picture” of what they really want or what’s really important.

The way the human brain is wired, humans are goal driven animals by the design of evolution. We had to be or we didn’t survive, wither that be 10,000 years ago or even 100.

But the problem is that because humans are so capable of focusing on what they think they want (more money, more ecommerce sales, more free time, more sex, better relationships, career advancement or whatever), that priorities get turned around pretty quickly.

These days the “buzz word” is “mindset” and how it is the cornerstone of getting out of your own way and achieving success (whatever that is for you),

A lot has to happen mentally (and emotionally) for people to stay in a “success mindset”, and even more has to happen to get them back into one, if they’ve wandered off the path. Which is where focus and priorities come in to play. Because the hardest part of “getting in or back to” an empowering mindset, is being able to get “out” of a dis-empowering one.

And the fastest and easiest way to do this is to simple change current emotional / physical / or mental state.

Lot’s of experts suggest these elaborate mental gymnastics to get out of your head and back on track.  While other new age guru’s tell us to sit for an hour and meditate (A great idea but people struggle with finding the time) when the creating a state change is actually so much easier.

Two of the best methods to do this are humor and or doing something that gives you a “perceived” sense of control in the moment.

Now if you can combine humor and the feeling of having some control over your “Universe”, then changing states happens instantly.

The Make Everything OK Button. Does It Really Work?

This app is designed to help you make everything okay again, sort of. Inspired by online magic button , Take a deep breath before you start the app :) And hopefully this app will make everything Sometimes, all we need is permission. With all the problems in the world and in our lives, could it just be as simple as pushing a button? Have a look at Make Everything OK and try pushing the button. While the status bar is "making everything OK," do you feel your spirits lift?

And if Facebook makes you happy, you can push the button there as well. Or, prefer an Android app? Check! Blackberry? Check! Windows Phone? Check! Apple iOS? So sorry, please come choose another platform and try again!

Looking at the code, the authors would appear to be Yury Fonareff, Dmitry Nikolaev, from St. Petersburg, Russia, but there's no way to tell for sure. And the additional executions may be perpetrated by open source fans. Again, no way to tell. The donation link on the webpage is for "Hungry Programmers."

If you like a little politics with your mood improvement, the Daily Kos (no relation) has their (tangential) take. Buddhist meditation instead? The Interdependence Project has covered it to.

Stressed? Having a bad day? This app is designed to help you make everything okay again, sort of. Inspired by online magic button, Take a deep breath before you start the app :) And hopefully this app will make everything okay for you again. “I can affect change by transforming the only thing that I ever had control over in the first place and that is myself.” - Deepak Chopra

Cynical or sincere? I think the latter, but again, no way to know for sure. All we have is 79 lines of HTML code and 27 of JavaScript.

So here we have a simple idea, a minimum viable product, executed across multiple platforms, with a single purpose. To make you smile.

I am a designer and developer and content strategist. I use my experience as a magazine art director and web editor to help publishers, marketers, non-profits and self-branded individuals tell their stories in words and images. I follow all of the technologies that relate to the content business and try to identify the opportunities and pitfalls that these technologies pose. At the same time I am immersed in certain sectors through my content practice and am always looking to find connections between the worlds of neurology, economics, entertainment, travel and mobile technology. I live near the appropriately-scaled metropolis of Portland, Maine, and participate in its innovation economy (more stories at liveworkportland.org. The button doesn't depress (huh?) 2. Release the mouse button. Now it depresses (wtf). And actives. 3. Hover the mouse over it, it doesn't highlight. 4. Click the mouse and hold, then drag the mouse outside the button area. Release the mouse button. It depresses (ugh) and actives. 5. Click the disabled button while the progress dialog box is on screen. 4. Click the mouse and hold, then drag the mouse outside the button area. Release the mouse button. It depresses (ugh) and actives.

5. Click the disabled button while the progress dialog box is on screen. The progress box vanishes and the button actives

7. Attempt to make the button the focus for keyboard action by right-clicking or middle-clicking it (or click and drag out of it, but we already know that doesn't work). [This is a GTK feature]

I guess, thinking whether anything happened depends on one's level of perception, and one's definition of what it means for something to "happen". (That is, whether you are looking only at the final result of a process, or at everything that happens during the process, irrespective of the final outcome).

If my Internet-newbie father clicked that button repeatedly, I'm sure he would think that "nothing is happening", and at his level of perception, that statement would be correct.

Two names with a copyright are listed in an HTML comment in the source code at the end of the page. This information could be false of course.

I certainly don't want to make a crusade out of it, but it just felt a little misplaced to me.

I would have said: "remember, you're alive, now take a deep breath, count your blessings, and make the best out of today and every day"
